Shipping policy

We aim to deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible. All orders are shipped using CitySprint courier services.

Most orders are delivered the next working day after dispatch. While next-day delivery is our standard service, in rare circumstances such as courier delays, unusually high demand, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control, delivery may take up to 3 working days.

Once your order has been dispatched, please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel where required. If no one is available, the courier may follow their standard delivery procedure, which may include leaving the parcel in a safe location where appropriate.

Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

If your order has not arrived within 3 working days after dispatch, please contact us and we will assist you with the delivery status.
